6 Natural DIY Coconut Oil Face Masks! 🥥🍃☺️

Theres definately a natural trend happening in skincare which is why today I’m gonna share 6 diy facemasks that you can easily put together very quickly in your home without having to go to the supermarket as you’re likely to already have these ingredients in your kitchen, these masks will have your skin feeling fresh, soothed & hydrated! And there’s nothing that will harm your face if they’re left on too long.

1. Coconut & Avocado Face Mask

Ingredients:

1/2 tsp Honey

1 tsp Virgin Coconut Oil (Get yours today at The Coconut Cove)

1 Avocado

Directions:

Warm up the coconut oil in a dish using the microwave. Once you have warmed the coconut oil, and it is a liquid, mash the avocado in a bowl using a fork and add the coconut oil and honey. Mix all the ingredients well.Before applying this mask to your face, wash your face with warm water. Using your clean fingertips, apply this homemade face mask to your dry skin and let it set for 10-15 minutes. Rinse off properly with warm water and pat dry when you’re done. Your skin should feel smooth and moisturised afterwards.

2. Prevent Acne With This Oatmeal And Coconut Oil Face Mask

Ingredients:

1 tbsn Coconut oil

3 tbsn Oatmeal

1/4 cup Warm water

Directions:

Add 3 tbsn of oatmeal into a mixing bowl.A

1/4 cup warm water.

Mix until you’ve made a paste.

Add 1 tbsn coconut oil and mix well.

Apply the mixture to your face and let sit for 15 minutes. When the 15 minutes are up, gently massage your entire face using small circular motions for a further 5 minutes. This brief massage will help remove dead skin cells that can clog sensitive pores. Finally, rinse the mask off with cool or lukewarm water and pat skin dry with a soft, clean towel. Say hello to clear skin in just minutes!

3.Coconut Turmeric Mask

Ingredients:

1 tbsp Coconut Oil

1 tbsp Turmeric

Directions:

Making this mask is simple. All you need to do is heat the coconut oil for five to 10 seconds in the microwave, just long enough for it to liquefy. Then add the turmeric and whip with a fork. The mask should have a vibrant yellow hue. Apply it to the skin and leave it on for 10 minutes. The mask should tingle slightly without burning. When you rinse the mask, your skin will feel tight and your pores will look noticeably smaller.

4.Coconut Oil and Honey Face Mask for radiant skin

Ingredients:

2 tspn Coconut Oil

1.5 tspn Raw, Unpasteurized Honey

Directions:

Mix raw honey with coconut oil by stirring with a small spoon. If mixture is too viscous, throw it in the fridge for 5-10 minutes. Once it’s slightly hardened, remove from fridge and whip it with a spoon. After you cleanse your skin, apply DIY coconut oil and honey face mask across your face with your fingers using small circular strokes. Leave mask on for 10-15 minutes.
To remove, simply use a wash cloth soaked in warm water. You can let the wash cloth sit on your face for 10-20 seconds, and then gently wipe away the mask. Rinse and repeat if needed.

5.Coconut Oil And Baking Soda Face Mask For Blackheads

Ingredients:

1 tbsn Coconut Oil

1 tspn Baking Soda

Directions:

Mix the baking soda and oil to form a paste.Apply to your skin; focus on the affected area.Massage it gently with your fingers for 10 minutes.Wash your face.

6.Coconut Oil And Coffee Face Mask For Glowing Skin

Ingredients:

1 tspn Coconut Oil

1 tspn Coffee Powder

Directions:

Mix both the ingredients and make a paste.Apply to your face.Gently massage with your fingers in a circular motion for at least 10-15 minutes.Wash off with lukewarm water.
