The popular coconut oil coffee is tropical, it’s new, it’s creamy, it’s smooth and it has many effective health benefits which include antioxidants and nutrients which makes it the perfect treat to kick-start your day right and if your like me that’s everyday!
Coconut oil in coffee definately gives you the instant boost of energy you need to kick start your day in a happy mood!
Coconut oil is a major booster of the immune system. 50% of fatty acids in coconut oil are made up of Lauric Acid. Lauric acid has anti-fungal, anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties which makes it really great for your body!..
It also reduces the spread of flu, common cold, fever blister, cold sores and more. It helps the body absorb the vitamins like A, D, E and K.
It is important to adopt a healthy lifestyle if you want to live a healthy life, drinking coffee with coconut oil helps boost the weight loss process and aids you in reaching your target goal sooner.
For starters, Make a cup of coffee as you normally would and pour into a blender. Add a teaspoon of natural coconut oil to the blender and blend for 1-2 minutes until the mixture lightens in color and becomes frothy. Add any extras you’d like including teaspoon of unsaturated butter, warm coconut milk or cream, dash of vanilla, cinnamon and or cayenne pepper and give it a quick blend for 10-20 seconds. If you prefer to mix it with your teaspoon as you normally would, do it!
